• In Charge of overseeing business related issues for the company.
• Business Plan - create company goals and action plan by using SWOT, Balanced Score Card, and KPI in order to meet the company’s direction as well as internal and external factors analysis.
• Ensuring that action plans are followed through, updated as necessary, and reviewed results in order to achieve the target as well as countermeasure any obstacles.
• Costs Reduction by projects, department expenses, and company overall costs.
• Budget-set up budget by projects and overall corporate budget.
• Recruitment-recruit executives and key personnel.
• Customer Relation-Bring back unsatisfied customers, keep strong relationship with major customers and potential customers as well as building relationship with major suppliers.
• Negotiation-on price increase and decrease from customers, Cost reduction from suppliers, Reduce term of payment from customers, and Extend term of payment from suppliers.
• Pricing-Set up and update standard price as well as review and approve quotations for accuracy and comparing costs with competitors in order to set strategic price.
• Investment Analysis-Analyze future projects by comparing rate of return with available alternatives.
• Acquire funds from financial institutions including banks, leasing, and factoring companies for long-term loan, working capital, P/N, O/D, and L/G in order to support company’s financial need.
• Producing Cash Flow Projection, Financial outlook, and Financial Analysis.
• Ensuring that Financial Statements are closed on timely basis.
• Reviewing Financial Statements.
• Acting as company’s representative presenting company’s profile when customers, suppliers, visitors, and financial institutions visiting the company.
• Improve efficiency by reducing excessive work processes and initiate new program to smoothen workflows.
