ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. Support production department for Sub-assembly machines about option. (Injection Machine)
2. Prepare document for special option of Injection machine and Die-casting machine.
3. Make the drawing for special option and make the data according to customer orders.
4. Revised the drawing under orders from TMJ. (Toshiba Machine Japan)
5. Improved and support for production control about follow customer and monitor the quality of materials used to manufacture the machines. (Injection Machine)
6. Control and prepare document for internal audit and external audit.
7. Support and problem for production department.
8. Prepare document (business contact letter) from TMJ and inform to relevant in the factory.
9. Make BOM (Bill of Material) and prepare BOM for production new product of Injection machine.
10. Prepare drawing for the new machine.
11. Check product about machining from supplier before sent to production department.
12. Improved and prepare work Instruction (WI) , Procedure for engineer department.
13. Contact with sales, For the preparation of special option according to customer orders
14. Support with quality control (QC) for problematic pieces of machine.
15. Other duties as assigned.
