ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1.Daily work .
- Train new employees, explain the rules before starting work, and have a safety talk before starting daily work.
- Daily safety checks such as scaffolding work, work at heights, crane work, work in 230/500 kV. electrical distribution areas, installation of high-voltage electrical equipment, building construction and road construction.
- Inspect electrical equipment and machinery used daily in construction projects.
2.Training Train workers on various topics.
- First aid kit Training: Provide basic first aid knowledge to workers, such as unconsciousness or fainting.
- Safety in scaffolding installation and Safety training for working at heights: Regulations for working at heights safely according to the law, wearing PPE correctly and appropriately according to the risk, and first aid in the event of a fall from height.
- How to protect yourself from Monkeypox ,COVID-19 , Influenza, Epidemics or diseases transmitted from
person to person and Occupational and Environmental Diseases : Provide knowledge about self-care to prevent disease and provide advice on disease prevention.
- Safety in use electrical equipment : Provide knowledge about the correct use of electrical equipment, warning signs showing work symbols, danger signs, maintenance of electrical equipment and first aid in case of electric shock.
- Training of Pictogram for dangerous chemicals: Provide knowledge about hazardous chemicals, warning signs, and first aid when exposed to hazardous chemicals to workers.
3. Emergency plan.
- Electric shock prevention Drills Plan , Heatstroke : Provide knowledge about dangerous symptoms, prevention of possible dangers, and practice emergency drills.
- 2021 – 2023 Annual Fire Evacuation Drill Training : Organize fire-fighting training and fire evacuation drills. Prepare documents for submission of annual labor protection welfare in accordance with legal requirements.
- Emergency plans for specific events :
: Risk Assessment, Job Safety Analysis and Safety Procedure AC Withstand Thungsong.
: Risk Assessment, Job Safety Analysis and Safety Procedure High Voltage Test.
4.Safety Inspection ,Meetings and documents.
- HEEC Internal audit.
- EGAT SMS Internal audit
- Safety Report such as Safety Daily Checklist, Safety Weekly Report, Safety
- Monthly Report and Quarterly Performance Report Form of Safety Officers in Professional Level.
- Establish measures for working in risk areas : Barrier blocking off the electrical work area, installing warning signs in the electrical work area, chemical storage area, pits, wells, and electrical equipment installation areas.
- Measurement of light in the work area : Measure the lighting in the work area and prepare the lighting measurement documents to be sent to the Labor Protection and Welfare Office in accordance with legal requirements.
- Collect safety work documents from 2020-2024 and prepare safety documents before the completion of the construction project.
5. Welfare and labor protection submission documents.
- Report hazardous chemicals in possession to the Welfare and Labor Protection Department annually in accordance with the law.
- Prepare quarterly performance report documents for professional safety officers.
6.Reward.
