IT User service (Assistant Manager) at Kaitnakin Bank Responsibility in work as:
- Manage shift table of IT service team for standby off day (holiday, Weekend)
- Prepare data of Performance monthly report of IT user service team.
- Solve any problem by phone every system of bank about Lotusnotes, Windows , Printer,
corebank system etc.
- Follow up about request of system on bank
o Request create user on system
o User have problem example User lock, User disable etc.
- Prepare system for new branch

- Monitoring and managing Data Center networks, systems and facilities by using Data Center
Mgmt Network to ensure that all Data Center services are met The Data Center Mgmt Network consists of
Network Management System, Server (System) Management
System, Security Control and Management, Facility Management
- Customer response service (On-line and phone) in order to solve their problems and give a proper
solution to customer
- Manage Exchange server and Active Directory
- Solve any problem about mail, outlook, internet.
