ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. to update Project Master Schedule by using Primavera P6 as of the current date; regular updated by weekly and monthly, to analyze and report the information which will affect to the project status.
2. to prepare project status report; S-Curve, submission status, Procurement status. etc,.
3. to coordinate with Installation team for the current status of project and any problem which will obstruct the installation team or to obstruct to other parties by the team.
4. to coordinate with Testing team for testing status and report.
5. to coordinate with legal team for any impacts to the key date and milestone of project.
6. to initiate the Project plan for any potentials way to complete the project.
7. to coordinate with overseas team for ETA of equipment and status of manufacturing.
8. to analyze and control submission schedule which will be priority needed or which will be overdue or nos. of overdue of any discipline, to report submission status to whom concerned. (by using Oracle Aconex)
9. to join the consortium meeting and report company project status to the others and any problem or any needed.
10. to create the proposal schedule by using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
