 Chemical testing and titrimetric analysis of raw material and Finish Products.
 Maintenance of Laboratory including Preparation & standardization of Reagents & Volumetric Solutions, Retesting Record, Documentation, S.O.P.s and calibration of instruments pH meter ,Karl Fischer ,Melting point apparatus, Weighing Balance, Thermal Stability Apparatus, Muffle Furnace.
 Quality control inspections include packaging materials, In-process finished goods checking and method validation and formulation of Chemical products.
 Testing of stearates, one pack (Toxic and non-toxic), Liquid stabilizers of different metal complex.
 Development of New Ca-Zn (Non-Toxic) Stabilizer (Liquid as well as Powder for different applications) with very good heat stability.
 Preparation of quality control documents/reports of packing material and the finished goods.
 Production planning management, customer/ supplier approval for pre-production.
 Development of New Products on Lab Scale, research on them and approved for production.
 Handling of ROLL MILL Machine for Heat Stability Test for PVC Compounds.
 Manufacturing and testing of Paint driers (Metallic Octoates), also development of new products and their cost management.

 Chemical testing and titrimetric analysis of Pharmaceutical drugs, Food Products, Water sample, Cosmetic sample including raw material, semi-finished & finished products. Preparation & standardization of Reagents & Volumetric Solutions
 Handling of minor Instruments like Karl Fischer, Disintegration apparatus & Melting point apparatus, U.V. Visible Spectrophotometer, HPLC, Dissolution apparatus, brick meter, pH meter, Nephlometer.
 Maintenance of Retesting Record & Chemical Lab.
 ELISA Reader KIT testing of antibiotics like Chloramphenicol, tetracycline, Sulphonamide, Fluroquinolones in food samples.
 TDS, BOD, COD Analysis in water samples.
 Testing of Moisture, Colour, Fiehes Test, TRS, Sucrose, F/G Ratio and HMF of honey samples.
 Testing the following parameters in each Batch of Fragrances/cosmetics; colour, odour, appearance, specific gravity, freezing stability test, refractive index, alcohol testing, viscosity, cloud temperature, pH, conductivity & microbial analysis.
 Quality control inspections include packaging materials, In-process finished goods checking and method validation and formulation of cosmetic products.
 Preparation of quality control documents/reports of packing material and the finished goods.
 Production planning management, customer/ supplier approval for pre-production.
 Analysis of restricted substances in consumer goods like Fabrics, leather & waste water.
 AZO Dyes testing, formaldehyde, Chlorinated organic compounds, PCP, Phthalates, SCCP, AP, APEO, pH, Pesticides.
 Analysis of testing results on GCMS, LCMS, UV VISIBLE SPECTROPHOMETER and FTIR.
