JD of Assistant Design Manager
- Lead the engineering staffs, prioritize the work loads
- Manage the new product development program, implementing the
Plan/Do/Check/Act templte
- Supporting sales team in reviewing the temder specification, prepare
the drawings, fill in the technical data sheets and provide the tender
costs
- Support sales team in preparing final drawing for customers' approval
- Oversee that all engineering documents follow the guideline in the
Quality handbook
- Preparing BOM for new product, create new part number and activate
it in ERP system
- Supporting Order Realization Centre in preparing the production
drawing and job sheets
- Coordinating with Order Realization Centre to obyain routing of new
products
- Provide final approved drawings from customer to Quality team for the
factory acceptance tests and test reports.
JD of QC Mannager
- Manage the QC process with QC team - incoming inspection, in
process inspection, FG inspection, FAT with customers.
- Type testing of products in order to assure a high and consistent
customer quality.
