ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Responsibilities: To plan, manage, follow up control the day – to – day operation of the warehouse and solve problems of overall operations as may arise to assure the processes are completed in a safe manner.
To control receiving, picking and delivery all raw material & finished goods
Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system and stock cards.
Issue inventory report , IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, and goods age report to TOP MANAGEMENT.
To plan the arrangement of goods within the warehouse, guarantees proper transactions are executed in a timely manner and makes sure quality, delivery and target are met.
Maintain the service of delivery to the company standard.
Respond to the customers and principals feedback.
Improve the service of good returned to customers.
Coordinate all internal function include freight forwarder to support import & export as customers required and deadline by sea – air freight.
To manage for claim placement to supplier & oversea for damage and shortage each items.
Prepare KPI (Delivery) reports to customers.
To control documentations for Import & Export shipment
Manage transportations pick-up and trucks.
Responsibilities that workplace health and safety requirements are met and take responsibilities
For the security of the warehouse team building and stock.
