Responsibilities:: Instrument scope •Supervise field construction project related to instrumentation. Responsible for the preparation of instrument, take off material and drawing needed in the project. Installation of cable tray , conduit, ImpulseTubing and Instrument air line. Responsible for Installation & calibration of instrument, loop-checking , megger and continuity testing of cable. Supervise termination of primary/secondary cable and PLC panel and junction box.
•Perform variety of complex inspection function within assigned inspection discipline in addition to providing day to day work directions as required for the inspection of new or existing facilities to check work performed conforms with engineering specifications and/or Insternational standards and monitor the implementation of project Quality Control Program with minimal supervision.

Mechanicals cope.

1. Responsible for quality control & inspection of piping fabrication activities.
2. Review of WPS, PQR.
3. Witness for Welder Qualifications.
4. Prepare Weld maps.
5. Prepare Inspection reports(Fit-up, Final Visual)
6. Check list Preparation.
7. Co-ordination/Witnessing of all NDT Inspections.
8. Line check, Punch list Preparation, and Hydro test Package Preparation.
9. Prepare Weld maps and As-Built for final document.
10. Preparation & Submittal of QC Dossier and Engineering Document.

Assumes responsibility for the efficient, timely, and accurate completion of drawing with AutoCAD.
• Provide Architecture and Construction quality drawings and improve the methods which increase efficiency in the production of those drawings as it generates revenue by saving cost and time.

• Assist with Design and engineering a system of uncompromising quality that exceeds all written specifications and customer expectations.

• Confirm that the design will work. Confirm Engineering check list. Update all check lists as a function of the job.

• Support the initiation of a project according to procedures established in the Operations Manual.

• Assist with the coordination, ordering, and delivery of materials related to AutoCAD.

• Assist with the coordination between designer, client, and associated trades.

• Maintain project schedule in accordance with the project’s plan.

• Meet all established milestones.

• Work very closely with the Project Manager and Engineer in laying out the appropriate drawings as to insure optimum performance in the fabrication of the systems and/or the presentation to clients.

• Assist in the implementation (via submittal of approved drawings) of the final fabrication of custom metal work, wood work, and wall plates.

• Get the approval of a colleague of quality assurance before drawing submittal. Deliver the project drawings under estimated budget cost.

• Turn over complete documentation package.

• Develop and maintain client and trade contact for information as it relates to drawing development.

• Manage and measure the customer as quality, best pricing, timing, and but not limited to delivery.

Assumes responsibility for maintaining effective communication, coordination, and working relationships with Company personnel and management.
• Works closely with other departments to maintain schedules and implement changes and revisions in operational procedures.

-Ensuring sequential numbering system in each and every outgoing correspondence.

-Ensuring all correspondences regarding financial matters is forwarded to the PM.

-Maintain documentation for projects under taken by Contracting Division making in use the project numbering system for easy traceability and proper filing (soft and hard copy).

-Coordinate with QA/QC Engineer for maintaining quality documentation so called, Document Register, Material Register & Drawing Register.
