Monitor : Games Server, fix bugs, solve problem from servers.
Update : Content, Mode, Feature, Items, Music in games.
Manage : Promotions , events (project and marketing) and set Strategies & Action plans for increase revenue.
Report : Create report (weekly, monthly) with personal/team recommendations
for improving future KPIs.
Analyze : Market Situation & Competitors for benchmark strategies and make SWOT and analyze tendency in marketing games online.
Coordinate: Communicate with Technical Team, Business Intelligence, Localization and relevant teams with Developer from Japan.
Service : Be responsible for solving problems, adjusting processes and being a leader for Game Project Leader to make smooth operation.
Develop : Coding game system (PHP, SQL), Build system for promotion and event.
Test run all content before update in game.
