- Handles customer service inquiries and provide answers and assistance
- Follow up order from sale team
- Arrangement of loading products to ship to customer Prepared all required shipping document.
- Create and arrange the invoice via SAP.
- Create PR and PO via SAP.
- Create transportation mode report (TM) in SAP system to completed delivery process.
- Planning, scheduling and controlling transportation activities. such as, moving products to outside warehouse and delivery customer.
- Provided assistance as necessary to truck delayed or missing shipment.
- Handle claim for any damage if any irregularity occurred from outside warehouse and transportation.
- Log the document all the goods movements, including handling the documents to the relevant units.
- Assist in annual physical inventory/ stock audit. Enter data for quantities of materials/ products issued and transferred between locations, inventory, and shipment into computer database.
