- Identify, prioritize and secure new Business Development opportunities.
- Collecting/updating community zoning and development plans,
understand transportation/traffic generator, community project,
competition, and new real estate project.
- Sizing market opportunity in terms of location.
- Evaluate new site/land based on traffic, competition, consumer profile,
site size/capacity, rental costs, sell costs, and investment ensuring
profitability.
- Lead site feasibility studies, including trade area survey and traffic
count surveys.
