- Planning for Deliver Container to DC and prepare FDA DOC for Customs Clearance
and send to Shipping
- Check Feeder Arrival and send Plan appointment to DC
- Check order into system Oracle for pay full or deduct
- Key Report and make the invoice expense to send to accounting for payment

- Follow Document B/L, Invoice, Packing List, Form and other document to use clearance with Customer.
- Check all Document, check incoterm, make invoice.
- Check and Find HS Code of goods
- Draft Import Declaration.
- Draft Form and send to customer for issue Original Form.
- Confirm all Document with customer if it have something wrong inform customer to revise with shipper.
- Send Amendment to Overseas and Freight Forwarder.
- Plan about customs clearance make D/O expense and send Update ETA to Customer.
- Make report clearance and update plan to customer.
- Check all document before sign import Declaration.
- Prepare all Document to Shipping for Clearance.
- Reservation truck for pick up goods send to customers
- Following Driver truck
- Send cost shipping billing to customer
- Closed Job, Key all information and cut of shipment into the report.
