ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
OSS Engineer,
 Optimize UMTS<E&NR base on coverage and OSS statistic (Poor
coverage, Quality signal, Cell utilization).
 Discuss with customer and DTA to get approval on proposed
solution.
 OSS KPI Analyze and optimization.
 Worst cell analysis and propose solution.
 Compare statistics before and after parameter adjustment.
 Coordinate with drive test team to conduct drive test to verify
some parameter adjustment if require.
 Monitor KPI as daily/weekly by cell and cluster basis.
 Perform network performance monitor KPIs for new site on service.
Troubleshooting for abnormal KPIs trend or degradation such as
SCG Change SSR, SgNB Change SSR, RRC Setup SSR, Missing
neighbor, Congestion and overshooting in order maintain network
performance.
 Make report for customer acceptance. (PAC,FAC)

OMC Engineer,
 Monitoring and supporting Drive Test. Supporting and able to
identify problem area for 3G, 4G, 5G TDD-FDD for subcontractor.
 Configure new site after Installation, Commissioning and
Integration of equipment.
 Alarm Handling of OMC and take necessary action to rectify the
problems.
 Operation and Maintenance of all site.
 Monitoring KPI and missing NB drop.
 Planning and implement neighbor/parameter baseline for 3G, 4G,
5G macro site.
 On service and monitoring new site 3G, 4G, 5G macro site.
 Update OMC data part Master Database.
 Troubleshooting X2 links.
 Implement CR.
 RF parameter health check and fixing optimization problems.
 Familiar OSS KPI monitoring and solve worst cell.
 Make macro excel file for fast work and reduce human error.

RF Planning Engineer,
 Coverage Prediction plot 3G&4G.
 Planning New site & EHM (Add sector) neighbor for U2100 & U850
macro site.
 Adding & Deleting 3G Neighbor for U2100 & U850 macro site
(Deletion NB Based on Stat(Eniq).
 Monitoring KPI and missing NB drop.
 Planning PSC for 2100&U850 Project.
 Planning PCI for LTE2100 and LTE2300 Project.
 Fixing inconsistency about parameter and neighbor parameter in
3G&4G system.
 Planning M/E tilt for New site and EHM (Add sector).
 RFS (Ready for service) Check Neighbor first tier and Parameter 3G,
LTE2100 and LTE2300.
 Check swap Sector and Analyze coverage.
 Support for Design & Ensure New Solution TDD 2300.
 Proposed the solution tuning for problem areas or customer
complaints.
 Analyze and Tuning 3G,4G log file With Actix ,TEMS ,Nemo.
 Acceptance – SPOC.
 Customer interface for PAC/FAC concern Tracking progress.
 Setup guideline for DT/PAC/FAC process and reporting.
 Tuning Acceptance report PAC/FAC and special case site.
 Create project for Drive less .
