Responsibilities 3 Department.
Engineering Dept :
Understand system of the proper operation, PM/CM and inspections of the electrical distribution, gas distribution, MEP system, CCTV, Communications system, fire protection system, sanitary system, raw water and wastewater plant, and other utility.
Management building Dept :
Oversaw routine maintenance, repair, and inspection to ensure that all area and infrastructure were in working order as: Parking lot, landscape, road, building sign, structural work, ceiling work.
Space Management: Allocate shopping centers, Retail & Office spaces, manage floor plan, and track occupancy to optimize the use of available spaces.
Safety & security Dept:
Ensures safe working conditions in all areas of responsibility, promotes safety consciousness among subordinates, and enforces safety rules and regulations.
Ensuring compliance with building codes, and environmental standards.
1. Solves problems and directs activities concerned with 3 departments ; as well as the coordination of diverse activities in the said fields.
2. To prepare details of engineering management used in all shopping mall buildings and external personnel management in the department, along with providing new techniques in engineering management.
3. To prepare and operate on yearly budgets; monitor and control expenses within agreed budgets.
4. Plans procurement and control usage of the material supplier of the department.
