Responsibility:
• Set up ISO 9001:2015 within the Company.
• Overall co-ordinate and co-operate for Internal audit / External audit to comply the Quality System, C-TPAT and Q-Mark Requirement.
• Control and supervise Document Control Center to ensure that all document control is compiled to quality system.
• Control Team Document and all documents (QM, Quality Procedures, Work Instruction, etc.) and data related to quality to comply with ISO/C-TPAT/Q-Mark requirements.
• Co-operate other function that the system is allocated to ensure that the system is understood, implemented, maintained effectively.
• Context of the organization (SWOT analysis), needs and expect of interested parties, Boundaries and scope, Process map, Risk and opportunities management.
• Leader conducting Quality objectives meeting each monthly.
• Responsibility Management Review meeting.
• Responsibility QMS/ C-TPAT/ Q-Mark Lead auditor.
• Report performance activity QMS/ C-TPAT/ Q-Mark to General Manager.
• Follow up non-conformity and implementation of corrective and preventive action.

• Prepare for Documented information by Certification Body(CB) review the documents and check(Stage 1) and re-check processed all department is before Certification assessment by Certification Body(CB) ( Stage 2 )
