ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
-Understand process working, data, structures, information that supports products Big Data (Hadoop), ETL, and Google Cloud Platform
- Perform troubleshooting and in-depth analysis of issues and provide clear, permanent solutions.
- Managed the issues that could impact the products.
- Work closely with customer, while they have critical issue needs.
- Apply the solutions to customer (Configuration, editing, and changing services)
- Performing technical capabilities in solution supports
- Collaborate with international support product to help and gathering solution support of cases.
- Assisting in testing of solutions, capabilities, and supporting technologies.
- Explore new technologies in Big Data, and analytics in some implementation.
- Preventive Maintenance the Product system (Hortonworks and Cloudera)
-Create analysis reports (Action plan, Work plan and Preventive Maintenance reports)
-Work with senior teams and others together to successful in each project.

-ติดตามปัญหา และวิเคราะห์ที่มาของปัญหา แก้ไขข้อมูลให้ถูกต้อง และสนับสนุนผู้ใช้งานให้ใช้งานอย่างถูกต้อง
- ร่วมการประชุม และจัดรายงานการประชุม และสรุปปัญหาที่เกิดขึนจากการใช้งาน ส่งข้อบกพร่องให้ทีมพัฒนาระบบทำการแก้ไข
- ให้คำปรึกษาทางโทรศัพท์
