Part Administration :
• Asset management include notebook, license, guest os system etc.
• Documenting (knowledge base, help guides, etc.)
• Maintaining and administering servers related activities such as patching, updates etc.
• Exchange Admin Center Server, Active Directory, Group Policy ,DHCP, DNS and File server
• vSphere and vCenter Server
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Create New User, Assign Role, Manager, Business Unit etc
• Bitdefender Antivirus
• ExpressI (Install and Setting up)
• Internal Preventive Maintenance Quarterly

Part Support :
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems.
• Setting up accounts, email and other system for new users.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person
or over the phone).
• Local application/software troubleshooting.
• Printer and multi-function device management (Ricoh C4503).
• Guidance to training and manual for new employee and users such as function MS Office, helpdesk system, IP Phone, Email Outlook etc.

Part ISO 27001 :
• Prepare the document to meet the requirements of policies and process
of ISO 27001
