ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
 Yards Management equipment (in-out), storage
 Filing and record reference document.
 Coordinate with the Logistics agencies to ensure an equipments are correct and delivered on time.
 Maintained a clean and safe work environment.
 Contact logistic company about equipment transit information inform team APCC to prepare for unloading.
 Assistant owner (NPS/Double A) for custom clearing .
 Take over form LC port and hand over goods to APCC transact delivery with sub-contractor.
 Organize opening box at site Collect document, including specification, material certificate, quality document, etc.
 Make goods list and Perhaps Need to keep by pdf. Format documents. Check goods status on time.
 Take photo at the first time and record information for goods arrival.
 Deal with FDR (China company commercial department to deal with).
 Organize APCC to hand over tools and spare part to owner.
 Contact with oversea vendor to get completed shipping document.
 Coordinate with shipping agent to delivery cargo to warehouse on time.
 Monitor and get confirmed incoming report from shipping agent for daily import shipment.
 Contact with oversea vendor if there is any error.
 Coordinate with concerned parties if there is an unexpected problem of import shipment such as shipment . delay,damaged cargo during transportation.
 Daily monitor and check application of export permits which issued by shipping agent.
 Support any assigned task from site Manager.
