• Analyzed data (Structure drawing, Architecture, drawing, Interior design drawing, Landscape drawing, Specification etc.) in order to calculate the work.
• Estimate the entire quantity.
• Make Bill of Quantity (BOQ).
• Preparing shop drawings and submittals, as well as overseeing and reporting submittal status.
• Involve providing estimates for extra work items, changed orders, and credits; procurement of material etc. to support awarded contracts.
• Utilize subcontractor or vendor cost and proposal data to support estimates and also evaluate and incorporate historical data from past projects, subcontracts, and productivity analysis reports, etc. into unit to support the estimates for a project.
• Developing the estimates for an entire project; calculating the complete takeoff of the scope of work and aiding contract handoff to Project Managers/Operations.
• Interface with owner or other contractors to provide engineering and cost data to support the bid or proposal.
