-Up date ตำแหน่งงานใน Job ติดบอร์ดประชาสัมพันธ์ด้านหน้าบริษัทและบอร์ดภายใน
-ค้นประวัติผู้สมัครงานใน Job Online ต่าง ๆ
-จัดส่งประวัติเพื่อส่งไปยังหน่วยงานเพื่อพิจารณานัดสัมภาษณ์ และบันทึกข้อมูลการนัดสัมภาษณ์
-ประสานงานในการนัดสัมภาษณ์ระหว่างผู้สมัครกับทางหน่วยงาน
-ตรวจสอบเอกสารผู้สมัคร และสัมภาษณ์พนักงานเบื้องต้น
-จัดทำใบส่งตัวพนักงานเพื่อตรวจสุขภาพก่อนเริ่มงาน
-คีย์ข้อมูลพนักงานใหม่
-จัดทำสัญญาจ้างพนักงานใหม่
-จัดทำใบส่งตัวพนักงานใหม่ส่งผู้จัดการแผนก/ฝ่าย เพื่อเซ็นรับพนักงาน ณ วันเริ่มงาน
-ตรวจสอบเอกสารประกอบการจ้าง รวบรวมเอกสารส่งฝ่ายทะเบียน
-ถ่ายรูป และจัดทำบัตรพนักงาน
-จัดทำรายงานการสรรหาประจำเดือน คือ สรุปการรับเข้าประจำเดือนและ สรุปอัตราตำแหน่งงานค้างรับ

- Prepare and send monthly instruction template for input all data of income and deduction of each employee in client company.
- Collect personal information of all employees form hire date to their tax relief.
- Process payroll and also check all data such as salary, recurring income/deduction, and variable payment.
- Give suggestion to client about labor law, tax, social security and also provident fund.
- Contact and coordinate with Revenue Department, Social Security Office and Provident Fund Trustee.
- Manual prepare bonus 13 months to client.
- Tax calculation knowledge.
- Prepare statutory online application form such as Social Security, provident fund, tax and etc.
- Provide the letter to statutory board such as Revenue Department and Social Security Office.
- Submit the statutory report (Tax and Social Security) at tax office, social security office and bank counter in physically.
- Support my team leader when she has others task such as help to prepare the supporting documents.
- Tax calculates tax on tax for all pay elements like all employee income tax born by employer or company.
- Tax calculates tax on tax for such pay element per client request.
