Department : Hydraulic / Mechanical Press and Stamping
-Control all man power in production shift (60 Person).
-Check and follow up of production worker operation with in working standard (WI,OI)
-Reducing NG.Product in process.
-Analyze and find the ways to solve problems in the manufacturing process.
-Control the production output and quality target.
-Make training officer report, standardized work practice.
-Report product and trouble in your shift to Manager and Vice President.
-Responsibility orderly job from Manager and Vice President.
-Follow maintenance environment rule.
-Area the set of regulations and build work atmosphere with the cheerfulness
-Control Of 5 S. and safe in the production area.
-Maintenance and repair machine at the beginning.
-Make working standard document in the production process .
-Make Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE),Objective of Process.
-Control document of ISO 9001 ,ISO/ IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.

-Control Of 5 S. and safe in the production area.
-Maintenance and repair machine at the beginning.
