ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Recruiting and Headhunting:
• Advertising job vacancies by posting adverts in a range of media on database market.
• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates from competitor of clients in the market
• Doing an end to end recruitment process such as screening candidate databases, requesting references and checking
the suitability of applicants, briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, arranging interviews for candidates as
requested, negotiating salary rates and finalizing agreement through placing the position.
• Preparing all the necessary document for the whole recruitment process as required between clients and candidates by
complying with client’s and agency’s regulatory. Business Development:
• Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
toward candidate.
• Reverse Marketing for the candidate in shortlist on hand both from headhunting and database to attract the client.
• Marketing out the recruit and coaching career direction service to clients about the manpower inside the company.

Providing assistance and advisory to the American manager and assistant manager as needed relating to customer service.
