-Buid, develop and strengthen key personel within the function to establish sucession-ship and in ensuring hig sustainablity within the department through knowledge transfer, job rotations, on the job coaching, regular performance reviews and promoting self-development within the team.
-Control all equipment for support operation working 24 hours.
-Mornitor workflow of equipment management.
-Maintain equipment rental income.
-Mornitor inbound-outbound of equipment. ( DC,Store,Supplier)
-Mornitor Stock equipment.
-Take lead in process review or develop 5S, GMP, AIB & SOP work procedures whenever necessary.

-Strong in managing In & Outbound activities and analysis including shipment planning, routing and consolidating.

-Maintaining good housekeeping and good hygiene. Measured by productivity measurement and number of reworks.
-Take lead in process review or develop 5S, GMP, AIB & SOP work procedures whenever necessary.
-Other Ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior related to process improvement assignment.
