• Research & Solve the issues for internal team such as reading some
Cisco’s Document in technical then make the conclusion.• Monitor project progress, handle, prepare and assign task to internal
team then make sure there are met as clients’ needs.
• Explain the conclusion after quick meeting in every morning for
development team.
• Coordinate with third party such as Cisco Engineer, Mastach Co., Ltd.,
Network team with Tangerine Co., ltd., Datapro Computer Systems Co.,
Ltd. and some others.
• Sprint planning in software development. (use scrum board)
• Do monthly reports with version tagged in each software version to show
how different in each and how good is our software are in developing.
• Join in weekly meeting with customers along in many projects for
explaining all about data flow, UX & UI improvement and defined time
line for the project.
• Testing Software environment / User interface design to react with user
experience for both mobile and web application.
