ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Sourcing new supplier and present to manager
• Mornitor Conditions of foreign laws for import goods
• Contact DHL Booking receive product
• Planning order and check lead time transports
• Compare prices in order and present to the management.
• Prepare documents for order approval manager. Send documents to account to make payment.
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
• Monitoring status orders with Supplier (Dometics and internationnal)
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
• Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
• Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems delivery

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Manage operation control all 40 person : Leader 5 person staff 35 person
• Manage KIP In use warehouse and action report to Operation Manager
• Control of warehouse Operation especially in receiving and loading control. cycle counts every day ,weekly.
• Manage stock in system in use warehouse system.
• Plan and co-ordinate the incoming goods, storage and dispatch of items in a timely and efficient.
• Manage Purchasing department to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Monitoring and cooperating to Transportation department for transport support
• Control of inventory and distribution especially in oversea & air & local shipments
• Implement the company’s Health and Safety Policy, ensuring safe working conditions and practices within the Warehouse.
• Overall responsibility for all aspects of the effective supervision, training & development and health, safety & welfare of your team.
• Management and Control of Warehouse system and Planning for the operation
