This individual investigates and fix business issues in the production process.
- Daily administration of RPA (running processes, maintaining resource PCs, viewing logs etc.)
- RPA Issues Management, managing and allocating process workloads
- Managing, investigating and solving business exceptions in the day to day operational processes
- Support releases and testing of new automated processing
- Admin Technical website / Line official
- User training.
- Reporting
