• Communication with OSP teams, Retail Sale, Contractors, and confirmation on EM’s requirements
• Conduct construction inspection (fresh concrete, pipeline, tank inspection, final/handover inspections, 10 month inspections)
• Review of CAPEX, OPEX, PP, KPI, PO, MOC, PCR, PTR-A,B, Cost, and Fee.
• Inspection of the reinforcement placement, tank installation, pipe line, dispenser pump, sump sensor, water effluent and fuel station civil works and ensure compliance with project specification
• Assist the engineering manager in the organization maintenance and control of the quality/safety system
• Monitor and control contractors activities compliance with the specification, law, site's health and safety regulations
• Review and Approve to Start Construction Projects
• Conduct on-site audits and surveillance contractor’s activities
• Review of budget related subjects (funding, fee, PO, accrual)
• Management and supervision on construction and M&R project (OIMS, safety, quality, control)
• Review and endorse all reports for compliance (permit, BG, PO, handover reports, inspection reports, test results)
• Assist the site contractors in the resolution of safety, quality, and drawing interpretation
• Attend the weekly/monthly meeting with consultant team to follow up issues, progress, and QA/QC matters
• Review quality of all materials at the site with specifications
• Review construction procurement and contract agreement
• Lead and assist teams in CIMS and OIMS assessments for in country and regional level
• Cooperation and communication with regional and domestic organization
• Monitor daily field construction operations to ensure compliance with specification
• Participate in pre-final and final inspections, assist in preparations of detailed punch-lists and check that all punch list items are corrected prior to final payment
• Review and comment on the accuracy of the construction contractor’s requests for payment
