ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Responsible for managing and maintaining the entire IT Infrastructure for the Head Office, factory, and over 160 branches nationwide to ensure high availability, performance, and security across all systems. Key responsibilities include:

1. Maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors to perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) on all Server and Network systems
- Monitor system health and ensure continuous and stable operation

2. Project Implementation
- Design and deploy Internet & Network solutions for new branch openings
- Manage server and virtualization environments including VMWare, vCloud, and AWS Cloud
- Oversee network systems such as Fortigate Firewall, Aruba Wireless, TP-Link Omada, and Cisco Switches
- Email systems administration: Microsoft 365, G-Suite, and Mailcow Server
- Security systems management: CrowdStrike Antivirus
- Device and desktop management using ManageEngine
- Monitoring system implementation and management: PRTG, Zabbix
- Deploy and maintain CCTV systems across sites and branches

3. Security Management
- Implement and manage Password Policy in compliance with security standards
- Manage permissions including Shared Files, Active Directory, Firewall Policies
- Perform and control OS Security Patch updates
- Deploy and maintain Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Manage organization-wide Antivirus security
- Handle SSL Certificate issuance and renewal

4. Documentation
- Prepare documentation and required information for annual IT audits
- Manage and evaluate IT quotations and proposals from vendors

5. Planning & System Design
- Participate in designing IT policies and annual budgeting
- Propose and plan IT infrastructure improvements to support organizational growth

6. Troubleshooting & Support
- Troubleshoot general IT issues such as AD, Email, Wi-Fi, LAN, and related systems
- Serve as Tier 2 Support for escalated incidents
- Provide dedicated IT support to senior executives and management
- Advise and assist users on IT-related issues and best practices
