- Develop and execute Franchise strategy to each key account customer by being cement solution provider and ensuring cooperate sales volume, net sales and market channel penetration.
- Responsible for business planning and sales strategy to achieve sales and profit target.
- Market penetration by using “Quit selling products and instead, focus on delivering customers satisfaction strategy” to recover loss sales volume.
- Be able to recover loss sales volume and increase ready mixed concrete sales volume 85% compare to sales volume in Y2017.
- Manage 15 key accounts and acquire new prospect customer proactively.
- Manage and control sales, distribution, quality, financial of each key account customers.
- Create / deliver sale initiative, attractive activities to each customer proactively.
- Expand market by seeking and coaching potential franchisee and keep long term relationship with existing key account customers.
- Estimate ready mixed concrete demand, offer high quality service promptly for key clients and solve problems to ensure excellent customers satisfaction level.
- Monitor ready mixed concrete market movement in the responsible area(s) and be able to summarize and suggest the action plan to Supervisor.
- Developing key client’s sales team, continuously enhancing leadership skills as well as broadening business knowledge

- Successfully lead the construction team to be the first ready mixed concrete player in the market to set up Batching plant in Oil & Gas factory, PTT LNG (2014)
- Reduced concrete batching machine assembly cost 15% (2013)
- Reduced concrete batching plant’s electricity installation cost 17% (2013)
- Redesigned concrete batching machine’s foundation to the optimum cost and aligned with The Engineering Institute of Thailand standard
- Manage, control and monitor batching plant construction resulting in project coming under budget.
- Providing specialist direction and technical supervision in unique or difficult situation.
- Providing technical solution to batching plant construction problem such as redesign new foundation when crack on pile occurred, etc.
- Design all reinforce concrete foundation in order to align with The Engineering Institute of Thailand standard and make the signed and approval.
- Procuring and Tendering construction contractor, electricity system contractor, machinery contractor for each new batching plant expansion project.
- Coordinate with oversea vendors in order to import new type of machinery in a controlled budget.
- Monitor, plan, control the construction schedule to be on time and report directly to the Division and Department Manager.
- Create Job Safety Analysis for each kind of construction work and monitor the labors/contractor to follow the JSEA.
