ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Perform all operational processing in our internal trade settlement system and other Broker Outsourcing Service supporting system, including Third Party Clearing and Agency Clearing.
· Monitor and facilitate successful trade settlements through all systems and tools available.
· Perform broker back office and middle office functions as mutually agreed with clients, including but not limited to settlement instruction pre-matching, settlement date instruction matching and follow-up with counterparties on settlement instructions.
· Inform clients on settlement status and follow up with clients on problem trade transactions in a timely manner.
· Handling and responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
