Follow and Update Building Ratio, Curing Raito ,Stock in Raito
Make to monthly plan for every month base on 45 days of 16 inch (SP) and 18 inch (ST).
Analyze and calculate Guide machine capacity for make to monthly plan support order and balance order all customer.
Kaito order customer on targeted.
Analyze plan &Adjust Mold common, Mold over Capacity and setting condition machine, Curing code and Curing time, Container of Mold (2A,2P,4B,4H,5Y,6W), Segment of mold and Side plate of Mold.
Analyze& balance type material (Ply,Sotobari,Bead Still filler,Nylon ,WSW on capacity base on monthly plan.
Analyze and balance plan of Building Machine type SP,ST LRS,LOD and Curing machine Bom,S1,LTX
Issue and adjust the production weekly plan to keep budget plan of company and support to delivery plan
.Check production results every day and discusses the problems with concern section to solve that.
Follow result of Building Machine and Curing machine to Stock in warehouse complete.
Check and balance size start Stop from result base on weekly plan for cover order plan by Lot.
Update data spec new size of Building spec and Curing spec and follow TI scheduling prepare start up.
Update new size database and follow start up with Concern (PT Section) for trial out and Pilot and confirm result before Mass Production .
