• Management field construction project for repair and maintenance of facility support

• Manage project for repair and maintenance by matching with yearly budget CAPEX or
OPEX (Expanse) plan for support all activity.
• Control team technician for repair, Preventive Maintenance activity by support request
from CMMS and other online request system of Nissan Motor Thailand.
• Design for support Project improvement of Facility repair and maintenance service.
• Plan for stock inventory to support repair and maintenance activity for Electrical,
Mechanical, Air condition, Building, Sanitary, etc system.
• Control supplier for construction project from start bidding, conclusions final-price with
purchasing, do and control document PO/Invoice and contract process, Field
management construction, Inspect for buy-off project.

• Focus areas of concern problem and clarify with other section by implement for clarify point by
point and pushing every work are done by follow up with plan of project.
• Responsible and coordination with Quality Control Section for support the customer site
representations inspector for direct check qualify of Electrical and Instrument work in project.
• Responsible for coordination daily activities with other discipline at other section filed
engineers.
• Allocate and set-up all necessary tools, equipment and ensure all tools & equipment are
sufficient in project and correctly with control drawing documents.
• Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Electrical and Instrument system overall in project or
test and modify necessary job at offshore or onshore site
