- วางแผนงบประมาณและกิจกรรมของฝ่ายประกันคุณภาพในทุกมิติ
- ดำเนินการขับเคลื่อนกิจกรรมที่สนับสนุนการประกันคุณภาพและลดต้นทุน
- ปฏิบัติงานร่วมการฝ่ายอื่น ในการสืบสวนถึงสาเหตุความไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด และวางแผนในการป้องกัน
- รับการตรวจติดตามจากหน่วยงานภายนอก เช่น ลูกค้า เป็นต้น
- ดำเนินงานด้านเอกสารการต่ออายุ ขึ้นทะเบียน และการตรวจติดตามจากหน่วยงานต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดทำเอกสารทางด้านระบบคุณภาพ
- อนุมัติผลการทดสอบทางด้านคุณภาพของสายการผลิต
