ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1 Plan the overall management from the beginning to the end of the project.
2 Attend a meeting to discuss with designers.
3 Attend meetings and solve EIA problems.
4 Schedule for procurement, construction and recruiting of contractors, including contracting.
5 Hold a coordination meeting between the construction department and the purchasing / construction and design department.
6 Set and plan the overall construction work for each year.
7 Inspect the quality and construction standards.
8 Weekly construction progress report to management for acknowledgment.
9 Coordinate with government agencies to obtain permission documents.
10 Keep the money in the construction budget.
11 Solving all construction problems on site.
12 To consider and approve the withdrawal of money by the contractor.
13 Consider approving additional work to reduce work.
14 Hand Over to customer.
