- Control the project budget and planning the disbursement of the project budget. - Prepare the master schedule plan.
- Prepare the 3 weeks schedule.
- Check the schedule plan of supplier.
- Check the daily request, daily report.
- Prepare the weekly report, monthly report.
- Check and sign the subcontractor’s disbursement.
- Calculation the equipment (Tank & Pressure vessel, Fan, Pump) and prepare the purchase request to purchasing.
- Present the progress report on weekly meeting and monthly meeting to owner.
