Duties and Responsibilities:
- To plan and manage warehouse assistants on daily works and operations
(Receiving, Stock in, Supply to PD line, inventory control and scrap process)
- Ensuring inventories are accurate and controlling inventory levels.

- Ensuring SCM shipping WH operations are carried out smoothly and timely.

- WH area management and operations control

- Product and material packaging management such as physical goods appearance check, verification versus shipping documents, system input generating labels and unpacking of goods.

- Monitoring to ensure the group is operation on accordance to work instruction and safe work practices.

- Assists the Manager in the coordination of daily operations in warehouse, ensuring smooth operation.

- Ensure FIFO for direct material and FEFO for finished goods are followed throughout the process.

- Coordinates with the other sections

- Ensure system input is accurate and fee from errors. This is to maintain accuracy on system inventory versus physical goods.

- Monitor inventory efficiency status and control warehouse stock accuracy 100% for both actual quantity as well as system and report to Manager/Head of department.

- Reporting defects, damages or non-conformance found on product or material.

- Coordinate warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping with the warehouse associates as scheduled.
- Keeps working and storage areas safe. clean and organized.

- Ensure/Supervise warehouse security.
- Control chemical material to keep in area control follow MSDS.

- Disseminate information, executing tasks given by Manager / participate in daily operation meetings.
- Daily control work-flow in warehouse with 5S especially for safety, coordinate with
ENG/FAC/Safety to find suitable equipment for work-flow handling in warehouse to comply
with Safety purpose
- Organize, plan and implements inventory level control
- Managing warehouse staff and training with WI and SOP
- Warehouse area control with material shelf life and material movement & non movement
- Ensure to compliance to quality and regulatory requirements of company
- Monthly warehouse productivity monitoring and prepare report to Manager
- Support monthly and yearly stock take
- Prepare document to scrap process
- Prepare data and improvement NC/CAR to QA section
- Problem solving and analysis process to preventive action and plan
- Continuously warehouse improvement
- Validation chemical room, Thermometers and prepare Risk assessment report/Engineering study report
- Warehouse team leader in receiving audits from internal & external audits
- Other related tasks as assigned by manager

- Control cycle count stock inventory by daily, weekly, monthly, yearly
- Training for new operator about policy, WI and SOP
- Coordinate with other department such as purchase, PDE, PQE, Production line, QA&QC and Planning
- Analyze problem in each process for found rout cause and take preventive action for long term
- Ensuring that vehicles and equipment is well maintained and fit for purpose.
- Control material FIFO & FEFO system
- Follow up urgent part to production line and part shortage
- Kaizen, 5S all warehouse location area
- Warehouse leader 5s patrol in all warehouse section by one time per week
- Prepare weekly report, monthly KPI report and performance review for presentation to Top
management
- Problem solving and finding solution for preventive and action plan
- Manage packing process and inventory
- Control manpower to ensure run smooth production support
- Build up the team work and coaching improve subordinate, human development
- Set guild line goals as policy of the department
- Understand 4M change for control 4M in process
- Other related tasks as assigned by manager
