Merger and acquisition of business experience
 Review drafting and negotiate all relevant contracts or required document for selling affiliated company project, acquisition project, and reorganize project including.-
- The selling of publisher companies (Madame Figaro, her world, MAXIM, attitude, IN Magazine, and Image) to C-True Co. (owned by Thai AirAsia)
- The selling of Index Creative Village Plc. to Wave Entertainment Plc.
- Acquisition of Z platform by CTH
- liquidate GTH and establish GDH999 with new shareholder structure
 Coordinate with external lawyer to ensure that all agreements and required document are in line with board direction for acquisition project including.-
- Acquisition of shares of GMM25 by Adelfos
- Acquisition of shares of GMM ONE by Prananporn
 Provides legal advice, interpretation, guidance to the team and external lawyer according to the regulations that associated with selling, merger, and acquisition business, for example, the regulation of The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) and SET.
 Work closely with senior management in relation to merger and acquisition business.

Platform Operation and television business experience
 Work closely with the management team of digital TV operators and the association to urged the government to accelerate the industry's reform and provide financial relief.
 Coordinate with external lawyer to file a lawsuit against NBTC for failing to facilitate the smooth digital transition regarding digital TV operators.
 Keeping abreast of new legislation, current industry trends and regulatory matter which impact the company.
 Drafting reviewing and negotiating all commercial agreements, for example, licensing agreement, television format agreement, set top box manufacturing agreement, and transponder agreement.
 Drafting or reviewing required documents for trademark and copyright registration.
Assistant to CLO experience
 Prepare agendas and presentations for BOD meeting, attend BOD and other meetings on behalf of CLO.
 Reviews all information and prepares the defense for any legal actions against the company.
 Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.
 Giving support to regulatory division and other staffs.
