ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Supporting the information about products and process to marketing.

-Making any documents for customer requirements: Failure mode effect analysis (FMEA), control plan, SPC, MSA and feasibility data.

-Covering all the processes to produce the product such as Checking the drawing,
Selected material, identified the process steps with manufacturing engineering and reporting the quality of product to customer.

-Take care for the sample Department (Voice coil process).

- Schedule Plan and drive the process to achieve the target following Customer.

-Receive all the customer’s information from marketing in terms of APQP Team and
Administration then distribute to the Team.

-Implement the many procedures to qualify ISO & QS 9000; Failure mode effect analysis (FMEA), control plan, work instruction, operation instruction and action plan.

-Analyze the process with Engineering Team and Inform to Customer.

-Responsibility of New Project account.
(Input  Output; the process run by using MAXX system).
Familiar with ERP system.

-Making Bill of material (BOM), routing and specification for New Project Account.

-Investigate and Taking response all the process for New Project Account with Engineering Team to make sure process run smoothly.

-Responsibility for operate the CMM model Mahr 400.

-Take care for the whole Sample Department and R&D Engineering function.

-Responsibility of Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) in terms of ISO/TS16949 Team.

-Making and Implement the many procedures to qualify ISO/TS16949: 2002; APQP, Failure mode effect analysis (FMEA), control plan, work instruction, operation instruction and action plan.

-Responsibility of auditor and working with Internal audit team to audit key process.

-Take care for the APQP team.

- Propose the way to solve the problem in any Error cases to get the optimum solution with team.
