Design , estimate and Installation air condition ( VRF ) About 1,000,000 Btu . This project’s cost 4.9 million baht

2. IWRM ;
- INSTALLATION AIRCONDITION ( VRF SYSTEMS ABOUT 324,000 BTU ) AND SOLAR ROOF TOP 12 KW.

Design , estimate and Installation air condition ( VRF ) About 342,000 Btu . And PV solar cell 12 kW ( Solar roof top ) This project’s cost 2.58 million baht

3. FUNAKI THAILAND ; HEAD OFFICE
- INSTALLATION AIRCONDITION ( VRF SYSTEMS ABOUT 456,000 BTU ) AND SOLAR ROOF TOP 12 KW.

PAST PROJECTS

1 EGAT; HEAD OFFICE BANG KRUAI, NONTHABURI (MAY 2009 – NOVEMBER 2012)
- INSTALLATION FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS AND PUMP HOUSE
This fire protection systems is 10 inches diameter pipeline with distance of 5,000 meters. This pipe is subterranean underneath road in EGAT. Ground is unearthed by Horizontal Directional Drill (HDD) about 8 meters along Bang Kruai – Sai Oni road. This pipeline supplies water to 42 hydrant stations within EGAT.
Pump house is also a part of this project. It is built on Chao Phraya River, 24 meter sway from the bank. The pump is diesel-powered with rate capacity of 1,000 gallon per minutes and head of 175 pounds per square inch with 2 set of jockey pump.
This project’s cost is 32 million baht and addition work’s cost is 22 million. Total project cost is 54 million baht.

2 Student Dormitory, King mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok Prachinburi Campus ; Prachinburi ( NOVEMBER 2009 – OCTOBER 2011 )
- INSTALLATION SANITARY SYSTEMS AND FIRE PROTECHTION SYSTEM
Installing cold water pipe systems, soil pipe systems, waste pipe systems, vent pipe systems and fire protection systems.

1. BJC. CELLOX; 304 INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, PRACHINBURI
- Installation piping systems for paper mill machine ;( April 2005 – August 2005)
Installing piping system, contains SUS304-SCH5 and SUS316-SCH40 pipes, to the existing machine. This stainless pipe welding requires Nitrogen purging to fulfil system requirement.

2. THAI ASAHI GLASS PUBLIC COMPANY LIMTED; AMATA NAKORN INDUSTRY,
CHOLBURI
- Shut down hot repair working ;( August 2005)
Repair bucket conveyor for conveying glass sand (Fabrication work)

3. SIAM KRAFT INDUSTRY CO., LTD. ; BANGPONG, RATBURI
- Installation piping systems for paper mill machine (PM1) ;( September 2005)
Installing utility pipe systems for paper mill machine, includes stream pipe, cold water pipe, compressed-air pipe and hydraulic pipe systems etc.

4. BJC. CELLOX; 304 INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, PRACHINBURI
- Installation piping systems for wet plant ;( October 2005 – February 2006)
Installing piping systems for paper mill machine in wet plant and chemical systems. These pipes are SUS304 SCH5 and SUS316L SCH40 pipe, which welding requires Nitrogen purging to fulfill requirement.

5. PATHUMTHANI BREWERY; PATHUMTHANI
- Installation Conveyer ;( February 2006 – April 2006)
Installing conveyer for beer packaging process. This conveyor contains many chain-driving motors, which requires torque balancing for smooth running condition.

6. TEIJIN (THAI LAND) LTD; BANGPAR IN, AYUDTHYA
- Shut down SF Overhaul 2006 working ;( April 2006 – June 2006)
Under production shut down for overhaul, driving motors are serviced, shafts are changed, valves are serviced, pressure tanks are cleaned and stream pipe’s accessories are changed.

7. THAI UNION PAPER INDUSTRY CO., LTD., VANGSALA, KARNJANABURI
- Installation piping systems for paper mill machine (TUPI 9) ;( July 2006 – March 2007)
Renovating paper mill to increase productivity. Pipelines for machine are installed. These pipelines includes process pipes, utility pipes and chemical pipes.
