- Promote and sell luxury condominiums and villas.
- Handle customer inquiries and conduct property viewings.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and real estate agents.
- Follow up with potential buyers and close sales.
- Maintain customer records in CRM and prepare sales reports.
- Achieve sales targets set by management.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. - Previous experience in real estate sales is required.
2. - Good command of English is required.
3. - Additional languages (Russian, Chinese, or others) are an advantage.
4. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. - Self-motivated, responsible, and customer-oriented
6. - Able to work independently and as part of a team.
