รายละเอียดงาน
- เขียนแบบโครงสร้างและสถาปัตยกรรมทั้ง 2D/3D
- จัดทำแบบเพื่อทำเรื่องขออนุญาต อ.6 (ใบอนุญาตให้แก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงแผนผังบริเวณ แบบแปลน และรายการประกอบแบบแปลนที่ได้รับอนุญาต ระหว่างที่กำลังก่อสร้าง)
- จัดทำแบบ Layout, Shop drawing และ As-built
- ประสานงานกับวิศวกรและหน้างานให้แบบถูกต้อง ปรับแบบตามข้อมูลนหน้างาน
- ความรับผิดชอบอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไปในสายงานเขียนแบบโคงสร้างสถาปัตย์ของอาคารที่พักอาศัย
- สามารถใช้ AutoCAD, SketchUP, Revit ได้อย่างชำนาญ
- ทำงานละเอียด รอบคอบ มีความรับผิดชอบสูง
- มีทักษะด้านการคิดวิเคราะห์ การวางแผนและการสื่อสารที่ดี ทำงานเป็นทีมได้
- ทำงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ได้
- มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์ และ/หรือ มอเตอร์ไซค์ส่วนบุคคล
