รายละเอียดงาน
- วางแผนและกำกับดูแลการปฏิบัติงานก่อสร้างให้เกิดความสอดคล้องด้านเวลา
- วางแผนและกำกับการดูแลการใช้งบประมาณตามที่กำหนด
- ควบคุมดูแลความเรียบร้อย อำนวยความสะดวก และประสานงานเพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติหน้าที่และจัดกิจกรรมต่างๆ ภายในโครงการ
- ควบคุมดูแลการบริหารการก่อสร้างและการทำงานผู้รับเหมาให้เป็นไปตามสัญญาที่กำหนด
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา
- มีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพ ภาคีวิศวกรประเภทโยธา (ภย.)
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 10 ปี ขึ้นไป ในสายงานก่อสร้างประเภทอาคารที่พักอาศัย
- สามารถอ่านแบบ ถอดปริมาณจากแบบได้
- สามารถจัดทำ BOQ / Term Payment / Schedule ได้อย่างละเอียด
- สำรวจหน้างาน / เข้าประชุมกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลที่จำเป็นในการออกแบบ และจัดทำต้นทุนโครงการ
- สามารถใช้ Auto CAD, MS Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี หรือโปรแกรมอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานก่อสร้าง
- มีทักษะในการบริหารทีมงาน และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง กระตือรือร้น และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
- มีความใส่ใจในรายละเอียดและมีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหา มีทัศนคติที่ดี กล้าตัดสินใจ และเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของทีม
