รายละเอียดงาน
• Manage onboarding/offboarding processes for office and outsourced staff.
• Prepare and verify payroll, benefits, and Social Security data accurately and on time.
• Administer employee benefits programs, addressing inquiries and resolving basic issues for staff.
• Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS system.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations/payroll.
- • Knowledge of labor law and Social Security regulations.
- • Detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers and deadlines.
