รายละเอียดงาน
1. Support recruitment activities including CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
2. Prepare and manage employment contracts, probation tracking, and employee records.
3. Collect and prepare payroll inputs (attendance, OT, leave, sick days).
4. Coordinate social security (SSO) registration, updates, and statutory HR requirements.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files (digital and physical).
6. Support basic HR reporting and documentation.
7. Assist with internal HR communication and coordination.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor's degree major in Human Resources Management or related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in HR and Admin with basic knowledge of Thai labor law and HR processes preferred.
3. Proficient in Excel and general computer use.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, organized and dependable working style
5. Professional attitude and respect for confidentiality.
6. Able to work in shifts.
