Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Cost Control Manager to lead cost management and BOQ control for industrial and factory construction projects. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that project costs are effectively planned, monitored, and controlled in line with approved budgets, contractual terms, and corporate financial governance.

The position works closely with Construction Managers and Project Teams by providing accurate cost data, verified site quantities, cost analysis, and management reports to support informed and timely decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, monitor, and control project costs for industrial and factory construction projects
- Manage and verify BOQ based on actual site progress and construction activities
- Control project expenditures to ensure compliance with approved budgets and contract conditions
- Conduct site inspections to validate quantities, progress, and cost accuracy
- Analyze cost variances, trends, and risks; provide cost forecasts and financial projections
- Prepare detailed cost control reports and dashboards for management review
- Support Construction and Project Managers with reliable cost analysis and financial insights
- Ensure cost control processes comply with internal financial policies and audit requirements

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related disciplines
2. Minimum 7–10 years of experience in cost control, quantity surveying, or project cost management, preferably in industrial, factory, or large-scale construction projects
3. Strong expertise in BOQ control, budgeting, cost forecasting, and contract administration
4. Hands-on experience with ERP and Cost Control Systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting)
6. Experience in integrating site data with ERP or cost control systems for accurate financial reporting
7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-support skills
8. Ability to communicate complex cost information clearly to senior management
