รายละเอียดงาน
- Responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in operations covering all Finishing and Hardware job
- Ensures parts are moved through the finishing/hardware area in a timely manner.
- Able to operate all equipment in the hardware and finishing area proficiently
- Studies inspection reports or measures dimensions of the finished product to verify conformance to specifications
- Analyzes deviations from specifications and prescribes data to correct machine setup
- Ensure standard operating procedures are adhered to
Coaches Team Members to complete tasks based on quality standards
Support and conduct on-the-job training for new team members

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. 6-8 Years Experiences in Not less than 3 years in supervisory roles in the manufacturing environment
2. Able to respond during non-working hours and holidays
3. Understanding of blueprints
4. Excellent knowledge of machine technology, blueprint reading and GD&T(Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
5. Require knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and 45001
6. Bachelor degree in Engineering, major in Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Enginneer, Electrical Engineer etc.
