We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Maid Supervisor to oversee and manage our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training new maids, inspecting properties to ensure high cleanliness standards, and maintaining efficient operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

1. - Supervise and train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service.
2. - Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties meet our cleanliness and quality standards.
3. - Assign tasks and schedules to maids to ensure efficient workflow.
4. - Address and resolve any performance issues or guest complaints related to housekeeping.
5. - Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stocked.
6. - Implement and uphold company policies and cleaning standards.
7. - Maintain records of staff performance, training, and cleaning checklists.
8. - Coordinate with management to improve cleaning procedures and efficiency.
