## Job Description
1. Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and market presence of the automotive dealer and real estate business
2. Develop and manage marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, and events
3. Analyze market trends, customer behavior and the competition to identify opportunities for growth
4. Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns
5. Develop and execute plans to increase website traffic and improve PPC campaigns
6. Create compelling content and track the performance of campaigns
7. Analyze and report the success of campaigns using metrics and KPIs
8. Identify and create relationships with key influencers in the automotive and real estate industry
9. Manage the teams responsible for marketing campaigns, including copywriters, designers, and videographers
10. Collaborate with other departments for cross-promotion opportunities

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
2. At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive or real estate field
3. Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies
4. Knowledge of web analytics tools, PPC campaigns and SEO optimization
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
