At least 3 years experience in secretary
Excellent command reading writting and speaking English ( Chinease, Japan, optional)
Office Administration
Key contact person for the office
Ensure smooth, daily, office operations
Clearly documenting minutes and issuing formal documents for internal and external purposes
Conduct weekly staff meeting (if needed)
Executive Assistant Tasks
Act as a liaison and coordinate each department MD’s responsible for
Communicate / deal with internal and external that are needed
Translate documents when needed from Thai / English and English /Thai
Managing schedules, air tickets & hotel bookings for training teams
Send operations manuals to all new partners, update partners of new processes or procedures
Oversea Purchasing
Handling overseas orders, shipment, documents and pro-actively problem solve matters in this area
Assistant Tasks
Assist with any tasks of a business or personal nature that will allow the CEO or MD to perform his duties optimally for the benefit of the company(and thus for company purposes)
